Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase and guarantee redemption. Our 2-year installation guarantee covers poor workmanship & glued joins. The 10-year UV product guarantee is with the manufacturer.

Specific work may be carried out under the 2-year workmanship warranty or the 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. Work outside of warranty will be chargeable. The warranty exclusions are;
- Damage caused by wild animals or domestic pets.
- Damage caused by adverse weather conditions/storm damage.
- Colour fade or other damage caused by the sun’s reflection.
- Sub-base movement caused by tree root growth or other external horticultural influences.
- Changes in the external environment.
- Use of improper footwear or sports equipment.
- The surface being used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed and intended.
- Damage caused by impact.
- Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning methods or materials.
- Accidents, vandalism, burns, cuts, or neglect.
- Movement of installed rotary spike.
- Groundworks carried out by third parties.
- Ground movement in properties less than 2 Years old.
Additional Work Beyond Our Guarantee
Should you require services or modifications beyond what our guarantee covers, we offer our expertise at an hourly rate. This includes any enhancements or adjustments to your outdoor space that go beyond the original scope of our installation.
